All of us experience hardship in our lives. Regrettably tests, tribulations and problems are part and parcel of live that affects all of use. Experiencing difficulties isn’t necessarily a bad factor, what is important is the approach we take to deal with them. That is why a positive mindset is so important.

5. A positive frame of mind is not a characteristic for a honored few. It is something that is available to everybody. Anyone, that is, who is prepared to put in the required work to achieving it.
